Dr. Carson received his calling when he was still young. He knew he wanted to go into Orthopedic Surgery while in high school because of his lifetime in sports and exposure to the field as a patient. His decision to focus on joint replacement came while in medical school after completing a medical mission trip in which he replaced hips and knees of multiple patients restoring mobility and a lifetime of possibilities to so many people.
Dr. Carson cherishes his family and enjoys spending time and traveling with them to experience new cultures. He’s fluent in both English and Spanish. Dr. Carson is a sports fanatic and huge fan of all university of Michigan sports
